You and I know that listening is a basic communication skill. When we are three years old, we know how to listen. However, listening effectively is one of the distinguishing characteristics of a superstar salesperson. The superstars of this world listen more constructively, they do a better job of listening than anybody else. That tells me there is a great deal of room to grow in our ability to listen.
