Or, when they’re listening to you, have you noticed them visually taking account of everything and judging you. We as sales people, regardless of our title, should be aware of this. When the person we’re speaking with realizes “this could be a persuasive presentation,” they start putting up defense barriers. The original contact is so important. This session is critical; you have to work on coming across properly when you first meet people.
